Rupert Syme is the Managing Director. Rupert left Eton College and immediately became a tutor for THE TUTORS GROUP. Rupert quickly realised that he enjoyed teaching children enormously but wanted to understand the reasoning behind a child’s thoughts, decision and actions.

Rupert was offered a full-time position at THE TUTORS GROUP. This gave him the perfect opportunity to train in Psychometric Assessment and complete exposure to every type of enigma involved with children.

Rupert became Managing Director of THE TUTORS GROUP in 2002 and continues to be passionate about education. Rupert has particular interest in the psychological trauma behind childhood bullying and how this affects the Piagetian processes.

BLYTHE HALL SCHOOL:
Oliver Gilsenan is our Director of Studies. He is your point of contact for all questions regarding children currently studying at our school and for tailored tuition enquiries.

TUTORING:
Johanna Lee is our senior placement consultant and she is your point of contact for all existing and new tuition related matters.
Deborah Butler is a placement consultant. She is your other point of contact for tuition related matters, both current and new.

ACCOUNTS:
Boba Mugosa has been working for THE TUTORS GROUP since 2005 and is responsible for invoicing and invoice related queries.

ADMINISTRATION:
Jayne Hardy is responsible for our exam and text book library, ordering of past papers and is the first to answer the telephones.
